We host a range of events during the year to provide opportunities for women in local government to network, learn, and become inspired about local government.

Each year a breakfast is held at the Burswood Casino in conjunction with our AGM. This event is planned to coincide with Local Government Week.

Regular Meet and Greet events are held in metropolitan and country locations – usually free due to the generous support of local government authorities.

ALGWA (WA) is also proud to be an official List Leader of the LunchBox Lunch List. Members are encouraged to attend the range of regular networking and career development events where you can mix with other women from industries across Western Australia.
