2007 AGM and Breakfast: The WA Branch AGM was held on 4 August 2007. A President's report and Minutes of the AGM are attached. The AGM was followed by the annual breakfast which attracted 50 people.

UNIFEM Spring Walk (Arthur Fairall Playground, Western Power Parklands, May Dve, Kings Park, from Sep 20, 2009 09:45 AM to Sep 20, 2009 11:30 AM): Over 1 billion people now live on less than one dollar per day with the majority of these being women. Additionally, the Food and Agricultural Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) predict that the number of undernourished people in the world will climb to 1.02 billion, the majority of which are women and children. With the impacts of global climate change, these numbers may rise in the future. UNIFEM Australia’s Spring Campaign seeks to raise awareness of this vital issue through a national campaign which will raise funds for a project in Liberia which promotes food security for women.
