Constitution
The ALGWA Western Australia Constitution sets out the fundamental principles of the Branch and governs how the Organisation will act. A copy of our current Constitution is available to download here.
In 2020, the ALGWAWA committee conducted a thorough review of the constitution, making amendments as required. These amendments were accepted by the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
AGM Minutes
ALGWA Western Australia must hold an Annual General Meeting each year. Previously these were held in conjunction with the WALGA Local Government Convention, however due to timing conflicts it was changed to occur after the Local Government Elections to ensure committee tenure.
